Laptop for about 70k

Hey guys! I want to buy a performance laptop preferably dell for about 70k. I will use it to play latest games at a good resolution and quality, for programmings and definitely for HD movies. It should have
Nvidia graphics card
Intel processor- i7 ivy Bridge
at least 750 GB with
screen size at least 13 in
I don't have any laptop i my mind. plzzzzzzzzz help me with this

you want to play only games or you want FULL HD resolution laptop? because if you choose a FULL HD lappy then you won't be able to play games at high settings, forget Ultra settings, and if you choose gaming, then DELL 15R SE with AMD 7730M will full fill all requirements in 55K.

and yeah samsung NP550P5C-S02IN is awesome for 59K

but my friends told me that dell laptops offer better value for money so should i go for dell or smasung??
