laptop confusion

hey guys i want to buy a laptop in couple of months.i will use the laptop mainly for multitasking,a bit of gaming,surfing web using wifi and listening to music .it should also have usb 3 ports as i have a external usb 3 hdd.the screen size should be between 13in to 15in.it should also have a backlit keyboard.it should atleast have 4gb of ram(ram shld be upgradeable),core i5 processor.the laptop should be future proof.i have considered macbook pro 13 or 15in.please tell me the price of mac book 15in and 13in.there shuld be option to upgrade the ram.i have a budget of 65k,but i dont want to spend all the money on the laptop as also want to buy a good dslr camera.and one more thing my current laptop is running fine.it has a 4 gb of memory,core2duo processor n 250 gb of hdd.i told my parents that my laptop is not running fine:evil:so shld i buy a tablet for rs 30000 (sony tablet s i lovd it)n a dslr camera.help please

A simple entry level DSLR cam would set back you by 20k, so only 45k remains for lappi. Macbook pro is 60k+ so its out of your budget. There are two sony models which fully satisfy your needs.

1) CB35 (check link in my sig for review) 15"

2) VPCCA15FG : C Series : VAIO™ Laptop & Computer : Sony India 14"

But both the above are out of your budget if you allocate 20k+ money to DSLR first. Decide your priority first or increase your budget. If nothing can be worked out, just sacrifice backlit keyboard, you'll get an array of lot cheaper options.

Also you have a sufficiently powerful lappi (gaming excluded), then why are you upgrading? Just wanna new? :p And a tablet can't do all tasks which a lappi can do, so you gotta decide your usage first.

OT- I also loved Sony S. :) But its too costly :(

Macbook pro 13 will cost you around 65k after education/student discount or you can get it from ebay for 61280...Macbook pro is simply awesome and it can't be compared to anything.BTW Macbook pro 15 is out of your budget.
And if you are thinking to get a tab then rather getting the sony tab I would suggest you to buy an ipad or samsung 750 tab.
Or if you wanna buy a simple laptop then best option for you according to your requirements is Asus K Series K53SV-SX520D available for 38k or may be less in local market or if you want very high config(which I don't you need) then go for Asus K Series K53SV-SX521D available for 44-45k in local market.These both laptops are future proof as they have very good specs/config
