So here's the problem. I have a internet connection with my local cablewallah. Recently he allowed all users to see each other on LAN . We all use IPMsg and I was enjoying the service but not he has done something which allows only the users who have an active internet connection can transfer files to and fro 
. Active means a monthly subscription...before even when the subscription ended we were still able to enjoy IPMsg. Any idea as to what he must have done any way out as to how to crack this system. Kind of R & D required here

Edit: I think that it is only me who is suffering so maybe there is some other problem
