You mean remote install without having to install it manually through a CD-ROM?
If yes then you need to have some pre requisites such as PXE[Pre Execution Boot] Network Adapters,a Ghost server or RIS[Remote Installation Service] on a Windows 2k or 2k3 server along with a DHCP server for leasing out initial IP address required for the system when it boots the first time.
I deployed a Ghost server recently at a college I worked as a part time Network Administrator.
The NIC's were all PXE bootable & all the systems were of the same hardware configuration. They had a 40 odd node network on a single segment which I had to take care of.
Manually installing the OS the normal way would do me no good.Ghosting or RIS is a boon I say if you got the required hardware.
A single OS image is stored on the Ghost Server or in case you go with RIS on a win2k3 machine then it will distribute the OS image for installation.
Read about RIS at Microsoft Technet pages, you will understand the working better.
