Also it requires front-facing camera which most Android phones don't have.

^^ No, I do really mean "most". Android does not support video calling, so most manufacturers don't implement a front cam, especially in the low-end & mid-end phones.

yes, only a few Androids have front facing camera. as natively Android 2.2 or below doesn't support video calling.
