Kindly suggest me a video editing app

Hi I need a video editing app, with which I can modify a video and block some part with white/black boxes.....I don't know how to clearly say it, but as you can see in some YouTube videos that people blocks their personal stuffs while running a video with a white box or something, I need to do that.
And the video quality shouldn't degrade.

just because it looks easy doesn't necessarily mean it is.i understand what you are talking about & to do it you would need to learn quite a bit of video editing which frankly speaking is not worth it for an average/typical PC user.another thing to note is that it would take a professional video editing software to do it smoothly & everyone knows those are not free & only way to get them is through *ahem* means unless you are willing to spend thousands.

Okay, then I will spend time to learn how to do it, it indeed looked pretty easy, lol.
Could you suggest me one or two app, paid doesn't matter *ahem*
