How do I share kaspersky virus defs?which file contains it?

No they have virus defiitions which you can download and install later.
Check this. I download these files.
and yes, you can share these updates. If you have a network. You can share the updates over LAN. Kaspersky does the job itslef.

on the network computers we share this folder to update only one and rest updates from here, x:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Bases

Dont yet know for the 7, but shold be like this also..

abd copy that folder to share that in any other system, and to update follow this KAV tutorials.

This can be done with Sreencasting softwares, but this one not made by me, Collected from Kaspersky support KB article
