Now i currently work as a .Net Developer in Dubai.But here we use outdated technologies. i have the plan to quit from here and find a job back india.whats my chance of getting a job in india with 1 year experience.i would like to switch java developer. i am palnning to take a certification in java from NIIT. Whats my chance in future. will my descicion be correct.. Dubai is basically for bussiness and not for IT .most of the IT works are done from INDIA
