suddenly refuses to play any sound (numlock, capslock etc / music / ).
strangely, when i open any video player, the seek bar doesnt move too. itunes says audio/video configuration error.
opening playback devices in sound and configuring/ testing sound shows that another application is using the device.
i closed all applications have tried restarting the laptop and also tried reinstalling drivers.
what i suspect is could it be a virus? since, strange as it sounds, the seek bar doesnt move ...
also, audio jacks dont work...
please help me out with what i should do to fix this?
