issues with origin

hi friends since i have updated origin from 8.6 to 9.0 i am not able to see any of my purchased games. i contacted ea cc however the idiots havent replied since 10 days. i did uninstall and reinstall origin but the same issue. any help would be appreciated.

are you using the same account on Origin? try the live chat option from their website. I had done a chat with them once. Although you have to wait in the queue for about an hour
