[Query] is zoomin reliable ?

Recently I placed an order for canon power shot sx 150 is in zoomin camera store on cash on delivery. They also shipped the item using DTDC.
Now it got stuck in the airport(according to status provided by dtdc) and zoomin helpdesk is saying it got held up for some security reason.

That is making me wonder is zoomin.com reliable ?

Have been using zoomin for past 2 years for photo products such as calenders, prints, canvas, mugs etc. I am very satisfied with their service.
But never bought any camera/accesories from them. But looking at the post it seems problem is not from zoomin as they dispatched you camera as promised. Check with DTDC guys what can be done resolve the security conflict.

Going only by your statement, it appears very frivolous to even cast a doubt about Zoomin. I have also used them for photo prints in the past and they have been reliable.
