WinAmp can record Streaming Radio with the help of Stream Ripper Plugin.But it can not record Online Music from sites such as Raaga.com since they have thier own Media Player.
For recording Online Music or for that matter ANY SOUND on PC you can use Audacity and it can also encode music to differen formats.It's a Freeware.

You can use the disk writer plugin..
Just Press Ctrl+K in winamp and goto output plugins..
Select the plugin...
It just records everything that gets played...

I'm not too sure if this'll work...

try music match jukebox........ it records everything that you hear from your spks

winamp has disk writer plug in. but it will record in wav format
u will need to convert it to mp3 using converters like music match.

[donno whether winamp 5 has mp3 diskwriter plugin but i don't think it has]
