There are no chipsets out there which support DDR2 on the socket 478 platform. The newer P4s (LGA 775) can be used on the present gen. mobos which support DDR2. However these are not the "pin" type processors.
Instead of looking for a rare-to-find mobo, buy a VIA Chipset based mobo for AMD CPUs for 1.6K and a Sempron LE 2.1GHz CPU for 1.4K. Would cost about the same price as a single intel mobo.
