Don't worry. Its normal it doesn't show some information on my Drives as well. I have WD Black and Green Drives.

Same case with me, my WD 1TB Caviar Blue does not show any rotation rate under CrystalDisk Info.

But everything is NORMAL till now...

back up your important data first. also what is the value for "current pending sector count"? you need to rma this drive at as soon as possible. it can fail any time.

mine does not show buffer size and NV cache size. nothing to worry about.

How do I check the current pending sector count?

Check on the ID C5.
