Is it keylogger?

I have installed deep freeze6 on my pc and i have also installed Kaspersky internet security 2009. The antivirus continuously gives error :-

is this really a keylogger ? Or i not have to worried about it?

Hey sdhiraj1 don't worry it's not a key logger....
but if you still want some information related to "deepfreez" file you can search on Google
