Is 500VA UPS enough or go higher?

quite a lot of info but asking again a question to be sure answers are applicable to my new config.

400 watts zebronic SMPS 20+4 pins
Cabinet fitted with 5 fans
C2duo 6300 (will be over clocked)
P5B deluxe wifi
3 sata HDD
segate sata2 160GB
segate sata2 250GB
segate sata2 320GB

Sony DVD writer
Sony CD writer
another 500gb may be added in the time to come
20 inch Lenovo LCD (rated 60W)
USB powered hub

Optional items
TV tuner card external
Creative 4.1 speakers

Will 500VA will be enough?
I called up APC dealer & he suggested
800VA model 4600/-
650VA model 2900/-
500VA model 2100/-
Tax extra on all.

Which one suits my load better?

TYPO error in 1st one usp should have been UPS.
It will be difficult to find the thread via search.
