Guys,

I wanna delete songs from iPod Nano. I mean I wanna delete all mp3 which were synchronized via itunes. How can I do this?

In iTunes?

Attach the iPod and when it shows up, go to the iTunes music page, from here you can delete any mp3 you want. There is no way you can do it in the player itself!
