iphone 4s problem

I hav I phone 4s bought from spain

it was wrking fine till now recently it has developed sound problem
the ringtone works fine but no sound when I play music video or games.....

I hav recently updated my ios

anyone else having same problem

any solutions , because the apple guys are not helping me here in india as I hav bought the phone frm spain....

Factory reset perhaps ?

I thought Apple gave International warranty by default...

I found a solution!! so go into your settings - where it says "use side switch to:" click mute instead of lock rotation. Seems that somehow it was locked on mute (eventhough my buttons were showing me turning volume up and down) now its all working perfect!!!

One of my friend from Australia had the similar problem. he couldn't fix it with himself finally He had to ask one another friend who is iOS developer to resolve the technical issue. He had done some technical changes on the same.

I thought Apple gave International warranty by default...

iPhones do not have International warranty. iPods/iPads do.
