do we need a unlock for iphone 4 bought from usa if somebody is using here in india under vodafone service....

it depends if you bought the iphone in USA through AT&T or you bought it factory unlocked ....

if your answer is the latter, no unlock needed ... if your answer is the former, yes, you would need to unlock it ... and depending on your baseband and OS version, the unlock may or maynot be available ...

yeah bought from AT&t store.....so have to wait for unlock...
this is bad..still no unlock for iphone 4..

Yes the unlock codes are not available for Iphone 4 of US networks. But i've seen many sites which have for other country networks.
