@SFC10- Do you prefer iOS or Android? If iOS then get a iPad mini for 20k and get a Mifi for 4k.. Job done in 24K..
Y buy a phone and drain on its tiny battery ,when a good mifi can give u 2 days of moderate wifi usage for upto 5 devices..
Coupled with iPad mini's good battery life u manage for probably one or even one and a half days w/o charging..

Android then go with tkin's advice..
