from Yahoo Chat, How can i know that Exactly from where my friend is talking to me? Is it Possible Through Ip Address, Is it possible to get his/her IP Address, And also Is it Possible to know his Location with the help of IP ADDRESS?
to do this, u must start a direct file transfer thru YIM... also open the command prompt side by side... in this window... type the following command.... netstat -n and keep on refreshing it while the file transfer is in progress... the new IP address that u see is that of ur friend... then u can do the reverse IP address lookup and find the exact location of the IP address... try this and tell me if this works... (it worked for me.... lol)
