I'm confused about the Iomega Prestige and Iomega

are they the same product??

If not kindly differentiate between the two...and suggest which one is better???

my budget is 3000 [INR]

you may face problem in case of any hdd failure...they have got the worst RMA services....just go with WD or seagate...not even Transcend...
under this budget you'll get a 500 gb portable hdd..

IMHO go with WD only...

totally agree with static_x. Seagate RMA in particular is very good, so is their external HDD lineup.
