hello,

i had a 500va square wave inverter which has broken down. wanted to go for a new inverter.
my dad has asked someone to get a new one. he is charging 16k for battery + inverter.2.5 hrs backup under full load of 850VA. .its a quasi sine wave type. . is this OK ? how much does a pure sine wave inverter with similar ratings cost ?

plz answer fast. this is urgent. .that guy will probably come in the evening.

thanks.

Go for Numeric Inverters, 1KVA is costing around 18k and good backup, but never go for Liminous and imported ones

you better opt for Microtek, which is fully sine wave. It is 4.5k for 850va.

Single battery costs 8.5k - 9k for Exide/Okaya with 2 yr warranty. gives backup upto 6 hrs for two fans.

i hope its a typing error that 500va inverter and battery cost 16000!!!!! But if these are the true figures then u better go for some other deal... this deal is too expensive.

^^One could say it was a typing error had he typed 16000, but he has written 16K which means no error is there.
