I have BSNL 2 mbps plan and I use WA3002G4 modem .
When i try to power on the modem, all the lights in the modem are on which means there is no problem with the connection but I am not able to connect to the Internet.
I then went to the router configuration page(192.168.1.1), an I simply click on the reboot router button .
After about 2 minutes, I was able to connect to INternet again...
This is happening often (not always). I also exchanged my modem with a friend(same model), again I am facing this issues. But at my friends home the modem is working fine... All this happened in our Old home
We recently moved to a new home about 500 meters away(just transfered the connection so I have the same Landline phone number), but surprisingly I am facing this problem in my new house also...
Where could the problem be.. Any work around for this??
