Intel Adds 10 New Ivy Bridge, 10 New Sandy Bridge CPUs

Intel has updated its processor portfolio in September and has added 10 new Ivy Bridge and 10 new Sandy Bridge desktop and mobile processors.

Only three processors saw price reductions, indicating the current dominance of Intel in the CPU market.

really wud love to see per core efficiency of cheaper Pentium Ivy/Sandy bridge compared to AMD APUs. Its like rubbing salt to AMDs wounds.

At last i3 IB. There's nothing more in it.
Price @~120 is in the higher side.

IMO intel has started monopoly no price reductions at all. Just 3 CPUs will see merginal price reduction.

The only price reductions were the i3-2130, which drops 15 percent to $117, as well as the Pentium G870 and G550, which drop by 13 and 9 percent to $75 and $42, respectively.

as far indian customer is concerned it's only the i3-2130 in reduction list.

Be happy with the fact that at least Intel have actually reduced the price of 3 processor. Very few people were expecting a price-cut at this point of time.
