search for a file called winlogon.exe in your system32 directory. Also search for cmd .exe. Copy these two files to a folder of your choice. Now open cmd.exe and type makecab winlogon.exe. you should get winlogon.ex_ as the output. make an iso image of your bootable XP cd. then open it with an image editor like magic iso. search for winlogon.ex_ in the image and replaced it with the one you just created. I think it would do the job. If you have any problems mail me at apoorvkhatreja@gmail.com.

I dunno what Apoorvkhatreja is talking about .. :| ...
Anyway if you want to integrate your CD key and other details in the cd itself, you will have to create an Answer file for unattended installation. An answer file is usually placed in i386 folder of your install cd .. Most often its named as winnt.sif ..
You can use Winnt Sif creator for creating answer files ..
