Installing Xp in MSDos Mode

Hi Everyone

Can u plz suggest me how to install WinXp in MsDos Mode..I have tried installing it several time using x:\I386\winnt command, Since i don't have smartdrive.exe in my Xp proffessional disk i usually copy into C: drive frm win98SE ...the intallation copies Xp files but whenever it tries to start windows i get an error msg that windows cannot find EULA file. Plz help

bud normally this type of installation is very slow....so it seems that the process in interupted b4 completing....if u have old system..try this.....

go to dos ...type..x:\I386\winnt ..when the file transfer screen appers..leave it there go watch a Movie or some thing....so after 2/3 hrs it may have completed the transfer..

but if u get the EULA msg even after complete file transfer then chances are ur cd has some scratches on it..try with another CD
