Installing Java apps on Sony Ericsson...Help!!!

need to install certain java applications on my sony Erricson W700i.
What are the procedures? help.

Usually u just have to copy them(.jar) from pc to a mobile phone folder.Disconnect & then open the file,browse to the location where u want to install & click install.
