Install any version of Windows 7 thro' any version of it

No matter which Windows 7 version you have, you can choose any version to be installed thro' it.
There is a filed named ei.cfg in the DVD if you delete that file then Win7 installer will give you the choices in the beginning of installation.

make the iso of the original dvd and search for ei.cfg removal tool in google... fix iso with the tool (basically it deletes the ei.cfg from the UDF table) and burn it... Now you can choose which version to install.

He meant windows validation test Which will occur after you install a fresh copy of windows no matter pirated or Genuine with out knowing you if its Original no problem if its pirated then it will show Windows has failed to activate...

it depends on the serial no. you enter after installing.
