I want to upload some photos online so that I can share them with my friends & also link them to my blog. I know about Imageshack, Flickr, Googleweb services, but want to know which is the best.

It should have a good storage capacity, as the pics are hi-def one's.

Which one do you suggest?

Think Zen.
Picasaweb , uploading from within picasa is a breeze.
Also , look for Photoshop express , has some nice tools to touch up your pics online.

Both offer a gig of space.

Only a gig of space :(
Anybody offering more than that?

Also I forgot to mention that I need a web host which will let me upload photos from mobile(Nokia 5700) either via browser or via a seperate client software.

AFAIK , thats the max offered for free.
You could buy more space from google though.

Picasa has a mobile client , but IIRC, you cant upload from it.
And the web uploader only lets you upload 5 photos at a time.
There is a IE specific ActiveX control , that lets you add multiple photos though.

Bond, Desi Bond!
It's photobucket.com.

Isn't this meant for USA and moreover, how much Gb of photos can I upload to this site?

What about ibibo.com?
Can I upload the photo on ibibo and share the link?
I think ibibo.com offers unlimited space.

I know, this may not be the right one.

Skydrive

5 GB space, activex plugin for IE etc. Hmm, do not know about the mobile phone upload part.

Box.net is not ideal for image sharing since it offers less space compared to Imageshack. Also, Box.net doesn't have the features of Imageshack like thumbnail code.
