Can anyone suggest which IEM will be best.
Do hear about Cowon but don't know whether they are good or not.

Also currently have a gamecom 367 and its running smooth.

But already open to go for a better headset with clear cut sound for gaming as well as songs and videos and movies.

As of now do suggest abt IEM and will think abt headphones later.
