Ideal processor/MB config for running mac osx,preferably lion or mountain lion

Right off the assembly line
Hi guys,
I'm considering building a pc to run mac exclusively, and nothing else.As you must have guessed it has to be a budget build, within 10k or so, lower the better.I plan to use it only to develop apps so Xcode will be running on it mostly.

I was considering the following build
Intel 3.06 GHz LGA 1156 Core i3-540 Processor- costs around 5k
Motherboard: No idea which would be a good one, so need your help here/
Corsair DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) RAM
{
DDR3-1333/PC3-10600
DIMM Memory Module
240-pin Configuration
}

Let me if this config looks reasonable,or if you can suggest a better one within budget!These are the only things i need, already have a HDD,Case and Optical drive.

BMG ftw!!
i3-540 is outdated processor.
You should think about buying i3-2100 + Intel DH67-CL combo.

@d6bmg
Thanks for the heads up :), I will go in for i3 2100,though why not a biostar or asus or for that matter even a gigabyte motherboard? Any specific reasons why i should not buy any of the above?
I had shortlisted these 2
Biostar H61MLB
gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3

Thanks

BMG ftw!!
Suggested Intel DH67-CL, cause
1. Its price: 5.2K
2. Its full ATX.
3. H61 based boards would suffice for i3-2100. So the choice will depend on your budget.
4. Suggested Intel cause for mid and low end motherboards of any generation, Intel is the best, in terms of build quality & reliability. And obvious RMA.

Ohh, yeah Intel should be the choice but due to the budget concerns, I will have go with Biostar H61MLB board.Though it seems i3 2120 is the latest one and cheaper than 2100, so will probably go with that.
Thanks for your help.

Arrived at this is the final build.

Gigabyte GAH61MDS2B3 OR GAH61MDSB3 no much of a price diff in both so could buy either one, mostly the first one.
i3 2125 with the built in graphics
or
a i3 2120 with Nvidia 5450 graphics card/ATI Radeon HD 5450
Transcend DDR3 4 GB ram (1333,240 pin)
500 GB seagate HDD
LG DVD drive
Local full tower case for a ATX board
BenQ LED monitor 17 inch
Microsoft wireless keyboard mouse combo
A 250 W power supply which I already have and should be enough I guess.

Any thoughts?
