Your budget is pretty tight for a balance i5 rig. Here's my suggestion.

Component Make Price
CPU Intel Core i5-2400 10500
Motherboard Intel DH67CL 5620
RAM G.Skill Value DDR3 4 GB 1150
GPU Radeon HD 6850 8600
HDD WD Scorpio Blue 250 GB 3720
Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B3ST 1110
Case NZXT Source 210 Elite 2300
PSU FSP Saga II 500W 2300
KB + Mouse Logitech MK200 710
UPS Numeric 600VA 1600
TOTAL 37610

Skipped the speakers. I suggest that you spend bit more and get a better PSU.

I do not fear computers. I fear the lack of them
I started a thread thinking i 'll get a pc in few weeks. Then the exams, and persuading my parents . It got extended to may end. So by your time limit the cost will vary by a lot.

And when ever you intend to buy.

And when ever you intend to buy. Make sure you atleast ventilate the room (a.c maybe) .
Its hot in india now. The pc wont stand a chance in the arabian heat.

Hmm..will the prices increase or decrease ?

@RiGOD
Thanks for your suggestions, But atm i already have an Optical Drive,Speakers,Keyboard and Mouse. Also i wont be needing the UPS, So maybe i can spend that amount on a better mobo or Videocard like the MSI NGTX560?
Also I Already got an Mushkin 60GB SSD here (for dirt cheap) if that helps.

Ans: None

This questionnaire is to make the suggestions better and easier. Try to answer them properly.

Get a better GPU like MSI N560GTX-M2D1GD5 with the extra bucks you save.

Your right, should have seen that.
I Saw some posts that Intel Boards are not reliable and stuff like that. Is it true ?
Also the Price of Asus GTX560 Direct CU (non-ti) is Rs 10500/-
Is it worth the price?
