HI,
i am planning to buy a handy cam. i must be able to record videos, snap photos, use memory cards and the like features.
The Mega pixel and zoom length should be quite good.
my budget is 10k.

could you please suggest me good product in my budget..

you won't get a good handycam for 10k. extend your budget a further say 5k and you can get models with flash memory plus card. Have a look at thhe link of Sony india.

i have a basic question?
can we record videos with digital cam?
because i see that digital cams are available in my budget. so if we can record videos with it, then for me i think it would be better to go for digital cams.

You can record videos with your digicam but in your budget you won't get anything over 640*480 with mono sound. Can you stay with it?

Also a handycam will record much better quality videos than a digicam. Digicam is primarily designed to take photographs.
