this will work but for that type "regedit" in run command
after that click on find & find move to & press delete
do this their are 2 or 3 entries in registry for this
after deleting all this entries the move & copy option will be deleted......... :)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Copy To

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AllFilesystem Objects\shellex\Con textMenuHandlers\Copy To

& before deleting just tak a backup of that file.......

Try to find Copy To... and Move To... keys under following keys:

Code:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\Shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\ShellEx
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellEx
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\File\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\File\shellEx
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellEx
If u find them under any of these keys, just delete them!

Ok! Tell me one thing. In which context menu is this key available?
i.e., Is it available only for folders or also in file context menu? Is it available in drive context menu also?
And when u select any of these 2 options, what happens? does it open the Browse folder window? or ne other application?

And last! from when this problem started? did u install any s/w which caused it?

ok................
its coming only in FOLDERS
when i select one of these options, the "browse for folder" comes(no other app.)
i think it started with the tweak frm Autopatcher

on clicking it shows no other app.
so just add this entries into your reg (this is copy to & move to registry entries)
now tell does copy to working fine or not.........?
after this use some software for like registry clean/repair to check error in your registry
I have norton system works 2005 in that their is Registry Checker utility i use this for repairing my registry
after cleaning & reparing
again delete this two entrie

as per my knowledge the entries has already deleted but bcoz of some error it is showing in windows & not working
so for clearing the error m telling you to use registry checker
but b careful & tak a backup of registry before doing any thing with it

ok fineunderstood mean everybody was saying u abt how to remove "copy to folder"& u were asking for how to remove "copy to"as per my knowledge this "copy to" option comes in Win98 after adding some updates & softwares & comes in Win XP but in WinXP with SP2 it has been converted into "copy to folder"may be this is because you have gone for any more updated software or done something in your regdid u search in your C Drive for "copy to" file or folder.....?

I found one suspected entry, which can cause this problem in Directory -> ShellEx -> ContextMenuHandlers.

First take backup of the Directory -> ShellEx -> ContextMenuHandlers key by File -> Export and then delete 2 keys:

CMenuExtender
CopyMoveTo

And now check whether u still get those options or not!
