I am planning to buy a LCD Monitor with Full HD Today.
I short listed theses monitors.
I want to know each of the monitors lowest price available in Chennai and the place where i can get it.

(OR)

Dell U2410
Dell ST2410
Samsung 23" P2370 MS
And also suggest me the best one in these.
My Budget is Rs.13000 , I dont even now that if these above monitors will come under my budget . Please help me out ....
And also tell me ...is it safe to go with that Monitor + TV Model ?
