I know the cd is locked...but how???

Right off the assembly line
I have a video cd that is locked.
I can play the cd but can not copy it normally.
Though I can extract/copy the content of that cd by some software (Isobuster).


I want to make that type of locked cd.....

Plz tell me by which software i can make that type of cd and provide the software.
