I have not received microsoft certification even after two months of Exam .. so what to do?

Hello Guys,

I gave Microsoft Exam on 1 march 2013.. I was Informed that I will receive my certificate in around 45 Days.. but unfortunately I have not received it yet. I went to Institute where I gave that Exam and they say They can't do anything.. look onto the website.

Please can someone can guide me what to do to Get my Certificate..

I have received a transcript immediately after the Exam.. But I am talking of Actual proper Certificate.

Nothing ..At launch of windows 8 there was some offer which I grabbed. I registered online at prometric. And Gave Exam in local center of Universal Indore, As was shown in prometric website.

I just payed Rs 700-800 around for rescheduling as I got some Important work to do on First appointment date I had got

I received the Account info from Microsoft within 2 days after exam

One more thing Do I have to do anything Extra after Giving Exam to Receive the certificate. As I have not done anything else.
