When i press the "power off" button i am getting an error message like "Removable storage manager refused the request to hibernate or suspend the system. One or more applications have active connections with this service. Close all the applications that are using this service (including the removable storage MMC snap-in)before attempting to hibernate or suspend the system". What shall i do for this?
I am using Windows 2000 Server OS, Norton Personal Firewall, Sify Broadband Connection and Protector Plus 2000 antivirus. I formatted my C drive recently and installed Server OS before i had 2000 Proffessional OS.
