HTC Sensation XE or HTC One S

Right off the assembly line
Guys i want to buy a phone in 1-2 days but i am in a dilemma , I have 2 products -Htc Sensation XE & Htc One S (Asian version)
Both products have almost all specs equivalent only One S is lighter, thinner, HTC 4.0 Sense & Android ICS.

The problem is that One S doesn't has the same chip - the S4 Krait - that they were boasting about , but due to shortage Indian version of One S has got old S3 chip. Even US version has Andreno 225 while indians are getting Andreno 220.
Thus these specs make it same as Sensation XE .

Now Sensation XE comes with Beats Earbuds worth Rs.4000/- while One S come with Standard ones  & it is also a bit costly . (Rs.700 difference approx  )

I wanna have have latest gadget so was going for One S but found many reviews against the indian version of it. So plz suggest i am buying in 1-2 days.

Thanks in advance.

XE have only 1GB internal memory which may look sufficient but mayn't be enough and beats audio is gimmick. you better off do some R&D then get a good pair of IEM. One S has only 10-11GB free memory and have no expansion slot so think about it but under 25k, i'll pick One S over XE anyday. But at 26k, you have Xperia S.

without Krait, even Galaxy S2 will be pretty much comparable, with advantage of SD Card Slot. Xperia S however would have better display (720p & brightness) and camera. I wud suggest Galaxy S2 or Xperia S.

Thanks and I'll see Xperia S also but seriously don't want to extend my budget. & does someone knows the battery of One S (indian version) & HTC's service in India . Only then i can think of other brands. (I have rejected Motorola RAZR before on these terms :cry:though it was superb )

During my recent visits to mobile stores, purely in terms of look and feel, S2 and One-S are better than X-S. I know on paper X-S has better screen, but in usage i found one-s to be better. On other hand, if you pick-up xperia-p and then xperia-s, you will see former winning even with a qHD screen.

One-S although has S3 processor, in real world usage there isn't much difference....X-s is chunky and many reviewers aren't happy with its key-pad under the screen...even i found that it doesn't always respond as well. Also, its camera isn't as good as it should be

In my view one-s or s2 should be your option.

well people at xda are mighty pissed off with the one-s-c2. no support, no software updates they say....

what's xda ?

also, X-s camera is not good relatively ( when compared to other 12mp cams ) but surely better than s2 cam anyday. Also, xperia-S screen is brilliant with it's bravia engine. I don't know why u didn't like the screen
