Flyer is very old.
Sony one is good.
Why not considering iPad 2?

You mentioned you want both 3G and Wifi connectivity. 3G Sony Tablet S comes for 29k and not 23k. Dunno about the flyer though.

Even if you wanna go for Android tablet, wait for the 2012 models to launch with up to date hardware.
