My budget is around 10k
I am getting the desire C for Rs.10,625 Brand New Original & Sealed HTC Desire C A320e - white color | eBay

And the HTC one V (reliance CDMA ) for Rs.8,790 HTC One V [ Brand New in Sealed Box ] Android , 3G , Beats Audio [ CDMA ] | eBay

So which one should i go for ?

I already know that the ONE V is more powerful but i have also heard that it has some problems too. My friend had a bluetooth problem and the phone kept rebooting if he tried switching it on. Plus would going for reliance cdma be a good choice ? would the 3G speeds be good ? and what about the network ?

I don't really know much about CDMA , so please do tell me about that also.

Also , suggest any better phones ( if any ) in the same price range.

Thanks

For info on CDMA please take the help of Google.
In simple words I can tell you that on CDMA phones you will be able to use only Reliance, Tata and MTS, any other GSM sim will not work on it.
One V is not a good phone, but at that price it is good.
Let us know your budget and requirements, we will try our best to help you then.

I am currently using Airtel and I live in M.P ...

Stick to it then. Keep using Airtel.

And regarding the phones , avoid Desire C. Haven't seen a more laggy phone.

Avoid HTC One V because its CDMA.

My final suggestion is to get an entry-level / budget droid like the Sony Xperia Tipo or Huawei Ascend G330.

I personally prefer the Ascend G330. The Canvas 2 sells well but I personally find it very big. I also found it to be laggy a bit. It still is a good phone though.
