Well it only has a 312 MHz processor. So there might be lag in photography. But for the price it doesnt look bad

hmm..so you say if I click a pic..it will capture in 1-2 seconds lag ?

^^ Probably... but lag would be in places like updating ur music library, time to get everything to work from a cold start.. or even hot boot.
Attending a call while something else is happening in the background like music player, scrolling and using widgets.
These are all my guess. You can try out the phone in some digital mart and see for yourself if there is actully any problem anywhere...
At same price range u can get Samsung Star 3/Corby 2. Smaller screen, but better brand.
