How to use h,j,k,l for navigation in windows ? (Like in linux)

I want to use these keys for navigation in my windows, especially in my browser.
This is how I used to navigate while using vim and it even worked with the document viewer with pdf files. I'm missing it so much as it was so convenient

k >> moves up
j >> moves down
h >> moves left
l >> moves right

It will be nice if i could navigate pages without lifting my hand from these keys .
:)

im not sure about what exactly you are referring to but AFAIK all Microsoft windows applications can be used/navigated just using the keyboard(except for a few exceptions) ..

Thanks a lot because i just now discovered what i had been searching for since so many months while trying to find an explanation for your question :)

Here is my solution for doing the navigation using those keys in chrome :
Vimium for chrome

But the windows part is still unresolved and i think its not gonna be so easy...
