How to upload more than 15 minutes video in Youtube

i want to upload more than 15 minutes video in you tube, some users uploaded more than 15 minutes video but iam not able to upload. please guide

You keep on uploading to youtube.Then one day the limit will be unlocked.

I got it after uploading 12 videos

Oh and no copyright material.
