How to unblcok NT kernel ?

Hi

now a days i am getting one pop up always near to window timer,,,ie,,

An application named N T Kernel and system filename ( ntoskrnl.exe ) has been blocked from acessing network,,,,,,
so pl help me,,even i formated pc,,problem is not solved,,,
i have Norton AV 2005 and sygate firewall,,,,,while i was typing this query to digit experts,,,i have seen that pop up for 4-5 times,,,so ple guide so i will unblock that,,,,,

and in traffic long,,,of firewall i have seen red block mark always on that,,,,
so whats this
whats importance of this
and how to unblock this

Dude u need not unblock this app. its ur windows Kernel Its the part of windows that makes ur hardware interact with other softwares and windows components so its like the engine of windows If u r not having any problems using ur lan or internet it is best left blocked

Yes, enter ur FWALL program and unblock it i.e allow it
