How to start a LAN gaming center? policies? licenses?

Hey guys,

Wanted to know what are the rules involved in starting a PC based LAN gaming center?

Mainly want to know about:

a) Government licenses: what kind of approvals & licenses are needed from the govt for this kind of a setup in Bangalore and Chennai (both places)?

b) Games licenses: how to get a license for such a setup?

Anyone on the forum has any experience on this?

update: Nobody knows? Request the ones who frequent gaming centres to check with the store guys and post an update please... Thanks..

There were some threads related to this topic sometime back and I guess owners opened their cafe or whatever they wanted. You should search for them.
