How To Setup BSNL Dataone in OpenSuse 11.0?

Plz guys help me setup BSNL Dataone in OpenSuse 11.0(KDE4).
I tries Yast>Network Devices and connect with "ifup dsl0" but no access to the Net. There are tyoo many options which i confess is going over my head.
Does it have some easy to setup like pppoeconf in Ubuntu?
