click start > rt click start menu > properties > start menu > customize > advanced > check or tick scroll programs > ok

U can also enable the "Personalized Menu" option, which will only show the frequently used items and other will be hidden, u can go thru other hidden options just by clicking on the ARROW symbol at bottom of the list!

just incease ur screen resolution to 1024*760 u can easily see4th column
