Hello guys,
Please tell me How to Protect My Website Copyright, what is the procedure and how much cost?

I suggest you read the Handbook of Indian Copyright laws first here:
*www.education.nic.in/copyright.asp

That will give you the extent and limits of what all it covers.

Next, visit the official Copyright website:
*copyright.gov.in/

There is a link at the right for the form needed to register. That form should provide additional details. :)

Or if you want to go the more "relaxed" way: Get CreativeCommons license. You can't really sue people though, with that.

Edit: Sometimes simply bringing it to the notice to the other website helps. like it did in my case yesterday.

the article taken from my *www.winvistaclub.com/t25.html was copied at *windowsaddict.blogspot.com/2007/11/most-useful-kb-articles-for-windows.html .

after writing a comment there, that site has been 'gentlemanly' enough to include my link as source, at the end of the article, now.
